Waiver of Liability and Attendance Agreement:

1. By checking the box below and registering as a volunteer, I agree to indemnify and hold harmless St. Thomas Orthodox Cathedral Houston (STOCH) and its representatives from any liability, claims, or actions arising from my volunteer activities. I waive any right to sue the Released Parties for injuries, illnesses, or damages resulting from my participation. I confirm that I am medically fit to volunteer. I understand that this release covers negligence and other acts or omissions by STOCH, its members, and volunteers. I grant STOCH permission to use my name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation. I confirm that I am at least 16 years old, that I am signing voluntarily, and that I have read and fully understand this agreement.

2. I also understand and agree that full-hours participation on the Event Day is mandatory for my attendance to be recorded.
